Cannibal Mom Otty Sanchez’s Unspeakable Crime |

 This is one of those crimes that is so horrible I find it difficult to even write about! FCKIN’ LOSER doesn’t even come close to what Otty Sanchez is! Just 3 ½ weeks after giving birth to her son Wesley Buchholz-Sanchez, she brutally murdered and cannibalized the newborn! Authorities found the baby with three of his toes bitten off, his face ripped off, and his head partially severed from his body! Sanchez was found sitting on her couch screaming “I killed my baby! I killed my baby!”
What I want to know is didn’t anyone notice that Otty Sanchez was suffering from postpartum depression and maybe Wesley Buchholz-Sanchez was not safe in her care? Scott W. Buchholz, the baby’s father lived with Otty Sanchez until a week and a half ago. Why did he move out? He said she seemed just fine although she was diagnosed with postpartum depression. Scott, maybe you should have considered that before leaving your newborn son with Otty you FCKIN’ LOSER! And what about when a distressed Sanchez showed up at Buchholz’s parents’ house demanding a copy of Wesley’s birth certificate and social security card? She apparently drove off in a huff without buckling the poor infant in or taking her purse, diaper bag, or Wesley’s medication. Buchholz’s mother did call 911 but authorities just reported it as a disturbance and did nothing! The next day they were called to Otty Sanchez’s home to find her sitting on her couch screaming repeatedly “I killed my baby!”
San Antonio police say they were so taken aback by the gruesome crime scene they were speechless. Otty Sanchez’s sister and her two children, ages 5 and 7 were in the house when Otty committed this heinous crime, I can only imagine the emotional scars those poor children must be suffering from. This story should be a lesson to us all. If you have any doubts concerning a loved-one or family member’s ability to take care of their child DO SOMETHING BEFORE IT S TOO LATE! Do not underestimate the serious consequences of postpartum depression! In 2001 Andrea Yates of Houston who apparently suffered from postpartum depression drowned her five children, in 2004, Deana Schlosser of Texas cut her baby girl’s arms off due to postpartum depression, and in 2008 Deanna Laney of Chapel Hill killed her two sons ages 8 and 6 because of psychotic delusions that God told her to kill her children. Otty Sanchez is being held on $1 million bail and faces capital murder charges and possibly the death penalty. She was hospitalized on Tuesday for self-inflicted stab wounds. Sanchez said the devil made her kill her baby and the baby’s father Scott W. Buchholz hopes she will burn in hell for what she did, I have a feeling his wish will come true!
