When Mary Jo Buttafouco released her book entitled "Getting It Through My Thick Skull - Why I Stayed, What I Learned, and What Millions of People Involved with Sociopaths Need to Know." Joey Buttafuoco didn't appreciate being called a "sociopath" by his ex-wife, and now he's taking her to court.

The Long Island lothario said he's filing a lawsuit against ex-wife Mary Jo Buttafuoco for allegedly dragging his “good” name through the mud in her tell-all book. Joey, if you ever had a good name, it has been dragged through the mud countless times already, what’s one more time going to do?

According to representative of Joey Buttafouco ,"The book contains countless references to Mr. Buttafuoco describing and diagnosing him as a sociopath," said his lawyer, Russell Halpern. "We believe that Ms. Buttafuoco is liable." I think this is another desperate attempt for Joey Buttafouco to stay n the limelight and make a cash little extra. The plans for Joey Buttafouco and Amy Fisher’s reality show, “Another Shot of Love” never came to fruition and let’s face it, the guy doesn’t have a whole lot going for him.
